A veteran of the EDM world, Dirty South (Dragan Roganovic) is taking his tour to Boston! This world renowned sensation started his rise through ranks of international DJs mixing on tape decks, a nearly outdated piece of musical technology.
For a story with humble beginnings, he’s made quite a loud impression. The Serbian-born, Aussie based DJ has racked up some impressive awards over the years, with no indication of slowing down. Back in 2006, he snagged the number one spot on the Australian Club Charts with a remix of Evermore’s “It’s Too Late” and put Australia on the map when he became the first Australian artist to earn a Pete Tong’s Essential New Tune award.
After releasing “Let it Go” with Axtone, Axwell’s record label (known for only signing high quality artists with equally impressive music) in 2007, it became clear that Dirty South would soon be a household name.
He’d go on to produce recognizable tracks such as “Open Your Heart, “Halo” and most recently, a remix of Zedd’s “Beautiful Now.”
Just to reinforce how insanely brilliant this man is- Dirty South has annihilated his competition in the Official Global DJ Rankings, placing 74th out of 10,000 DJs.
His natural talents and extensive experience make this a progressive house show you can’t afford to miss.
